Everything is quite simple. We didn't have to think long about the name. It came naturally and combined the love for Ireland and its the magnificent Irish Wolfhounds who have lived with us for 20 years. Our understanding that dogs and cats are not just pets, but members of the family. Each of our passengers also becomes part of our family and receives a piece of our love, and the trip should become a pleasant journey for our clients and passengers.
The key word in transporting animals, for me, is the word “Trust”. It is very difficult to decide to trust a stranger a little treasure into which you put so much effort and love. Breeders and owners are faced with very difficult choices.
I will not say that you should make this choice in favor of Irish Family Travel, but I want to tell you about myself so that you might be wondering if you could equate Irish Family Travel with the word Trust.
Talking about yourself is never easy, especially when you need to say only the most important things. So when I was 6 years old our family got our first dog, an Airedale terrier puppy. Since then, dogs have always lived next to me and my family, for 35 years now. Erdeli, Great Danes, Basset Hounds, Cane Corso, Spanish Mastiff, Bracco Italiano and, of course, Irish Wolfhounds. It was the Irish Wolfhounds that once appeared in our family, brought me into the world of cynology, into the world of passionate, sometimes slightly crazy people, here I found my second family.
My first Irish Wolfhound appeared with us back in 2003. He was the first Irish Wolfhound in Belarus. Our son Bazhen was exactly one month old when Svistik came to us. These were fun and challenging times. Our boys grew up together. In 2008, we moved into our own house, at that time our family became much larger, we had a daughter, Zlata, and a Spanish Mastiff puppy - Venya. Today there are even more of us, there are no more children, there are more dogs and cats! Today our family has seven members: my husband and I, Bazhen and Zlata, Irish wolfhound Wun, Bracco Bran and cat Tara.
In 2018, I graduated the expert dog handler courses. And since 2019 I am an expert on my favorite breed - Irish wolfhounds.
In 2020, I became a member of the amazing team of Water Rescue with Dogs. My team and I not only train dogs to save people on the water, but also we go to orphanages, congratulate children on holidays, and bring them a piece of joy.
In 2016 I promised Tibosha that I would take him to the sea, and this is where a new era in our lives began - traveling with dogs. With Tibosha we visited 24 countries, took the subway in Amsterdam, walked through the green meadows of Ireland. It was my first time that I drove along the left-hand roads of England. Distances no longer seem long, the roads of Europe have become familiar, and Europe itself is very compact.
When you are very seriously interested in something, sooner or later you come to the conclusion that it determines your life, your way of life. And now I have 17 years of legal experience behind me, 10 of them as a lawyer, and a persistent desire to move on.
And now Irish Family Travel, using all its experience, not only in cynology, but also in law, invites you to go on a journey with us.
